For the last 11 years, I've designed DVD menus and game pieces--and animated motion comics as well-- for companies such as Deluxe Digital and Technicolor Interactive; otherwise, I do my own designs and animations, and compose and record my own musical compositions. I have kept a journal since 1980. And the family and I still get down to the beach now and then (usually Venice).

The track and light pole in this photo is still there today, its rather grown over and run down now but its interesting to see.
The layout was there as of yesterday (April 24 2010). As I stood there viewing it, I felt a wave of nostalgia, regret and disgust that a such icon from my past was forever gone...
June 29th, 2012-None of this is there anymore. The flag pole and a couple of lonely cement pads are all that is left of this spectacular island. There is a levee across the length of it that required the city to remove what was left of the park (and it's history). Sad.
